slave_exec_mode 設置可以跳過 1032(記錄沒有找到) 和 1062(主鍵重復) 錯誤，并記錄到錯誤日志中。
slave_exec_mode 和 slave_skip_errors 作用是一樣的，只是 slave_exec_mode 可以在線動態設置。slave_skip_errors 必須添加到配置文件中，重啟生效。
